Introduction to Latin Partner Dancing
Each dance class will include exercises to welcome ourselves back into our own body and notice where we are at during this exact moment.
A typical class will include: 1-Introduction to the concept of the week; 2-warm up; 3- dance technique; 4- Basic steps; 5- Partner work; 6- Cool Down and stretch.
Beginner level. No experience necessary. Partner work will be done with other students in the class. Everyone can choose to be a leader or a follower.

Premise for the classes: Your body knows the way. The hardest steps to take are to become aware of your obstacles so you can find your way back to yourself: a version you might not have yet experienced but that has always been there waiting. All the exercises will be an invitation to get to know yourself and learn something new! The goal is to be present while dancing to allow a fun connection with other dancers.
